Refund policy
At PIP, we want you to love your purchase. If there's ever a problem with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare or cosmetic products unless they are faulty. If you're unsure which product is right for you before purchasing, we'd love to help. Feel free to email us at hellogorgeous@pipskincare.com before placing your order.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellogorgeous@pipskincare.com with your order number and photos where possible.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare products.
- Opened cosmetic products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalised or custom products.
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, we'll process your approved return (where eligible), and you can place a new order
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
