At P.I.P Skincare Co., every order is packed with care from our clinic in Hokitika, New Zealand.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During promotions, public holidays, or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship New Zealand-wide using tracked courier services.

Delivery times are generally:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 1–3 business days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days.

Australia Shipping

We also ship to Australia.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by Australian authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hellogorgeous@pipskincare.com.
